Business Development Manager (m/w/d)

We're looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Manager (m/w/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

  • You will take care of building a pipeline of partners for our operations in Chile, negotiating commercial terms to ensure having a solid supply of local partners
  • You will take care of the existing partners and be responsible for generating new business opportunities
  • You will take ownership of the whole sales process and sales responsibility
  • You will prepare forecasts and reports for internal stakeholders and the management
  • You will be a credible advisor in facing any issues and problems by external partners and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • You will be responsible of P&L results of assigned partner
  • You coordinate projects, making sure the interactions between different departments are fluid and results are delivered in a timely manner
  • You own and use your analytical skills to find your way through complex datasets and recognize opportunities to grow and optimize the business relationship
  • Your support will be required in developing special projects for both local and international teams in the definition of the new routes, pricing, and growth opportunities.
  • You implement a route network based on quantitative analysis such as competitor analysis and benchmark.

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • Excellent Bachelor/Master's degree in Business, Economics, or related fields of study
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, and business development, preferably acquired in a multinational environment, with a proven track record of successful personal and occupational projects with high performance and sales responsibility
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a high level of Excel proficiency
  • High social, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (professional use of Powerpoint is highly valued)
  • Economic understanding: f.i. ability to read and understand a P&L
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Self-reliance, reliability, and conscientiousness
  • Independent, reliable, and responsible working style
  • At least full working proficiency in both Spanish and English
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • High social, communication, and negotiation skills
