We're looking for a motivated and driven Revenue & Pricing Manager in Gurugram starting as soon as possible who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• You take commercial responsibility: steer your own markets the best possible way to ensure business success for the whole company.
• You act autonomously: steer the demand independently with the guidance of your Team Lead
• You work analytically: define the best strategy to fill our supply, considering current and historic demand patterns and competitor actions.
• You work diligently and reliably: customize prices, inventory control, and demand forecasting based on specific demand situations.
• You take action: decide how prices are set and get instant feedback through customer bookings and conversion rates.
• You give innovative input: participate actively in further development of our pricing system and take over projects to optimize processes and create new features in the Revenue Management full domain.
• You are in constant exchange with supply teams to identify emerging industry and macro-economic trends. Your keen insights will play a crucial role in consulting with the Team Lead, contributing to informed decision-making.
• You collaborate discuss your strategies within the Revenue Management and Pricing team, but also get in touch with Marketing, Network Planning, and country org to ensure we have the perfect commercial approach.
• Be a driving force in the launch of FlixBus in India, shaping the future of transportation with innovation and enthusiasm.

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business Informatics or similar
• 3+ years of experience in the field of pricing and revenue management; preferably in similar industries
• High analytical and conceptional thinking skills as well as a good understanding of numbers
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Personal initiative, resilience as well as a self-driven and goal-oriented working attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluent in English, every other language is a plus
• Based out of Delhi NCR or comfortable to relocate near Flix India HQ office
