We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our Human Resources team. As a member of the HR department, you will have a significant role in designing, implementing and managing our organization's compensation and benefits programs, including market trends to ensure our company remains competitive and attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.

The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive knowledge of employee compensation programs, benefits administration, and total rewards concepts.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

  • Review and evaluates our jobs, documenting responsibilities, requirements, and appropriate levels
  • Contributes organizational data to, and analyzes results of, compensation surveys
  • Conducts market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of our pay programs
  • Monitors changes in federal, state, and/or local minimum wage requirements
  • Administration of annual performance management, incentive, or salary increase programs
  • Manage the administration of employee health and welfare benefits programs, retirement plans, and other perks
  • Oversee the open enrollment process and assists employees in understanding the organizations benefits offerings and eligibility
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and third-party benefits providers
  • Stay informed about industry trends, legislation, and best practices to recommend and implement changes to compensation and benefits programs
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Participate in audits and prepare necessary documentation to support compliance efforts

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in compensation, benefits or generalist role
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Certification (e.g., CCP, CBP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus
