Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Shop Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Teilzeit für den ZOB in München, der unser Team mitgestaltet, das Unternehmen auf die nächste Stufe hebt und den größten Einfluss auf unseren Erfolg hat.

Deine Aufgaben – Du kannst etwas bewegen

Du berätst unsere Kunden und Fahrgäste in unserem Shop am ZOB München (Hackerbrücke)
Du verkaufst Tickets und gibst freundlich und kompetent Auskunft zu unserem Angebot
Du optimierst den reibungslosen Ablauf vor der Abfahrt unserer Busse
Du koordinierst aktiv unsere Fahrgäste und unterstützt beim Check-In
Du versorgst die FlixBusse mit Flyern und Magazinen
Du generierst ein optimales Kundenerlebnis auf sachlicher und emotionaler Ebene

Dein Profil – Komm an Bord

Du bist freundlich, service- und lösungsorientiert und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen einen klaren Kopf
Hohe Zuverlässigkeit
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse und ein gepflegtes Äußeres
Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC, Internet und in der Email-Kommunikation
Du stehst während den Geschäftszeiten (Mo-Sa von 7Uhr bis 20Uhr) flexibel zur Verfügung
