We're looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Manager (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

  • You will take care of the existing partners and be responsible for generating new business opportunities.
  • You will take ownership of the whole sales process and sales responsibility.
  • You will prepare forecasts and reports for internal stakeholders and the management.
  • You will be a credible advisor and consult the external partners with any issues and problems to maintain long-lasting partnerships.
  • You will be responsible for P&L results of assigned partner.
  • You coordinate projects, making sure the interactions between different departments are fluid and results are delivered on time.
  • You own and use your analytical skills to find your way through complex datasets and recognize opportunities to grow and optimize business relationships.
  • Your support will be required in developing special projects of both local and international teams in the definition of the new routes and pricing.
  • You implement a route network based on quantitative analysis such as competitor analysis and benchmark.

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • Bachelor/ Master Degree in Business, Economics or related fields of study.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, preferable acquired in a multinational environment.
  • Full working proficiency in both Italian and English .
  • High social, communication, negotiation and presentation skills (professional use of Powerpoint is highly valued).
  • Excellent analytical skills and good financial understanding (e.g. ability to understand a balance sheet).
  • Self-reliance, reliability, and conscientiousness.
  • Independent, reliable and responsible working style.
