We're looking for a motivated and driven Business Development and Operations Assistant (Finnish Speaker) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

  • You are part of the Business Development Team Poland & Baltics and assist in establishing Flix’ presence in Finland
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
  • Manage Marketplace system including the booking process and partnerships
  • Advise on local business aspects
  • Assisting in of the bus service (including quality and ticket checks) and coordinate in support for Partners and bus drivers, if required
  • Interact with all parties of FlixBus, including Partners and drivers, to increase the impact on the company success and sustainability
  • Support ongoing projects and initiatives in the Business Development and Operations team

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • You are native speaker of Finnish
  • You communicate fluently in English
  • Knowledge of Estonian, Russian, Latvian or Lithuanian will be a plus
  • You have analytical and critical thinking skills
  • You have advanced MS Office skills
  • You are communicative and a team player
  • You are responsible, reliable and conscientious
  • You solve problems proactively
