As Lead Product Manager you’ll be leading product in our Fleet Department. Your focus area will be supporting our Pre-Sales proposition, how we buy cars and how we remarket them. This is key to our business and in short you’ll enable us to bring more than 50,000 cars on the road! You define the product vision and strategy that will ensure we can deliver on our ambitions in the fleet department. You’ll work with and lead our other product managers in the department.

Your responsibilities

Defining and owning the product vision and roadmap for our pre-sales proposition: You are responsible for the development of the technical backbone of how we re-market our cars, owning your projects from day 1. In close collaboration within our fleet department, you define and execute the product roadmap that lays the foundation for our further growth. Within this, you’ll be responsible for scoping and launching our new pre-sales platform.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of all our re-marketing processes: You proactively identify opportunities that help us scale and improvements for our customers. In addition to that, you will steer the software development of user-friendly and efficient internal tools that enable our employees to reduce manual, repetitive tasks.
Develop a deep understanding of the mobility ecosystem and re-marketing sector: You research and map the mobility ecosystem and competitor landscape, you constantly challenge the status quo and help us to stay at the forefront of innovation as a tech-enabled and highly automated Fleet team. You explore and validate our internal users’ and external customers' needs to develop valuable features and experiences.

Your Profile

3+ years of experience including internships and strong, proven product ownership experience in an agile, high-growth environment.
You’ve got experience in zero-to-one product management
You’ve been responsible for end-to-end product in your experience
The idea of a startup environment is exciting for you
Profound experience and deep understanding of user needs that allows you to deliver value to both our customers and FINN.
Highly structured and analytical working style.
Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for building functional and beloved (internal) tools in close partnership with the people using them.
Strong project management and communication skills, especially also in working with external suppliers and partners.
You are fluent in English and German
