Your Role
As a Business Development Manager - Data Analytics you support our leadership team to shape the strategy and processes of our Fleet department by leveraging data. With your analytical mindset and strong project management skills, you put our strategy to action by identifying and managing performance improvement measures. You'll be instrumental in defining actionable recommendations to drive FINN’s success.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop actionable & data-driven measures: Execute robust analyses, deliver actionable insights, align with key stakeholders and develop recommendations to be executed jointly with the team. You actively impact our business performance and with that drive FINN’s success.
- Collaborate closely with our management team: Share valuable data insights with our management team and enable them to make data-based decisions. Spare with different teams, help them identify their blind spots and increase confidence in their decisions.
- Drive data transparency in the whole organization: Be instrumental in sharing key results across the organization, create buy-in by increasing transparency and make sure that everyone has access to data needed to make decisions.
- Create clear and measurable objectives: Drive the growth of your respective department by making objectives and key results transparent and actionable throughout the global organization.
- Empower our remarketing performance: Play a central role in our Fleet Steering team and enable residual value intelligence & forecasting to skyrocket the performance of our remarketing team.
Your Profile
- Graduated with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, economics, statistics, business analytics or similar.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong business sense and analytical mindset coupled with the ability to communicate analytical results.
- High level of resilience and drive to consistently deliver high quality results.
- Experience in spreadsheet analysis, in data-related programming languages and with BI tools. Experience with DBT is a plus.
- Fluent in English. German is a plus.
