Your Role
As an (Associate) Business Intelligence Manager within the Fleet department, you will be responsible for identifying and overseeing performance improvement initiatives through a data-driven approach. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our management and data teams to define actionable recommendations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive measurable business impact: Shape our performance by developing data-driven measures. You’ll conduct robust analyses, uncover insights, and work closely with stakeholders to turn recommendations into tangible results.
  • Be a trusted advisor to leadership: Partner directly with our management team, empowering them with data-driven perspectives, surfacing blind spots, and strengthening confidence in decision-making.
  • Work at the crossroads of business, data, and technology: Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, analysts, and engineers to ensure tech initiatives align seamlessly with business priorities and deliver real-world impact.
  • Turn strategy into action: Define clear, measurable objectives and key results (OKRs), making them transparent and actionable across the global organization to fuel growth.
  • Shape how we work: Take ownership of key steering processes, continuously improving the way we operate and helping build the best version of FINN - a company that runs smoothly and scales sustainably.

Your Profile

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience - ideally in consulting, start-ups, or other fast-paced environments where you’ve learned to adapt quickly and solve problems creatively.
  • You combine a strong business sense with an analytical mindset and can translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • You’re resilient, driven, and motivated to consistently deliver high-quality results.
  • You have a proactive, hands-on attitude and a natural curiosity to learn and grow.
  • You’re an effective communicator who can engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You’re comfortable working with spreadsheets and ideally have experience with BI tools, data analytics, or SQL (experience with DBT is a plus, but not required).
  • You are fluent in English (C1); German is a plus.

  • Pricing: Develop and execute smart pricing strategies that balance demand and supply contributing to overarching company objectives. Your work will directly impact revenue, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Supply Steering: Ensure we have the right fleet at the right time to meet customer needs. By aligning purchasing decisions with demand, you’ll play a key role in scaling our operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
