Your Role
As Organisational Development Intern, you will support our People department in steering our organisational setup and headcount projection and enable us to make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with the company’s management team and get the opportunity to join a fast-growing organization working towards selling a meaningful product with a market fit.

Your Responsibilities
- Support headcount forecasting: You will support our headcount and personnel expense forecasting and steering processes, assuring that we have the right team setup in the right place at the right time.
- Manage and drive your own projects: At FINN you will get responsibility from day one. With a strong focus on company headcount planning and department performance management, you will have a critical impact on our company.
- Critically question, analyze and improve existing processes: We constantly aim to improve our existing setup with maximum efficiency. Help us to build the best possible version of FINN with world-class, data-driven processes enabling us to have a smoothly running organization.
- Identify and manage performance improvement measures: Leveraging data, you will directly work with our management & data teams and define actionable recommendations to improve.
Your Profile
- You are studying business administration, economics, psychology or similar.
- Previous experience in consulting, startups or another fast-paced environment.
- Ability to respond to changing priorities in an evolving business environment and to coordinate multiple projects.
- Strong solution finding abilities with new, creative approaches on how to overcome challenges.
- Experienced in working with data, highly analytical and comfortable around numbers.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
