Your Role

As Business Automation Manager, you work entrepreneurially at the intersection of Business and Tech. You conceptualize and build new products for our new JobAuto offering with state-of-the-art Low-Code tools to iteratively and timely serve our customers’ needs for successfully scaling the product. Additionally, you work closely with the JobAuto team to define next steps and targets.

Your Responsibilities

Identify problems: You are the driver behind identifying the need for process revisitation, automation, or tooling for our JobAuto customers. You do so by being close to our customers as well as stakeholders and understanding their daily problems.
Prioritize effectively and find lean solutions: Together with your supervisor, you prioritize based on data as well as customer feedback and conceptualize lean, pragmatic solutions that validate assumptions quickly and resolve the problems identified.
Build solutions using our No-/Low-Code setup: You build solutions using No-Code / Low-Code tooling, in particular Retool and Make.
Effective stakeholder communication: Along the whole development process, you effectively collaborate with the business stakeholder as well as people helping you during delivery (Engineers, Product Managers, Data Analysts, Designers).

Your Profile

Fluent in English. German is a strong plus.
Graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Every field is welcome.
Previous experience in a high-performance environment and joy in solving problems at a fast pace with great colleagues!
Keen to work entrepreneurial in building new products and improving the customer experience with new and creative approaches.
Meticulous attention to detail, paired with a highly analytical mindset and a sense of pragmatism.
Natural curiosity about how things work and interest in developing into technical fields such as database design or web development. Prior experience with some programming languages (e.g., Python, Javascript, SQL) is a plus.
