Provide clear commentary on business performance and financial variance analysis against the plan, while continuously developing the structure and content of the Management Reporting.
Analyze Performance & Business Drivers: Deep-dive into financial data to identify deviations to the plan, drivers for cost and revenue and cash flow performance, and underlying root causes. Partner directly with business owners to implement and track effective initiatives and countermeasures.
Enable Data-Driven Business Steering: Act as a sparring partner to leadership, translating financial insight into clear, actionable recommendations to improve business steering and decision making.
Process Improvements: Drive company-wide process improvements, for example strengthening and aligning the monthly provisions process, and system improvements, such as setting up analyses in Lucanet or enabling SAP based cost center reportings, to improve the accuracy and transparency of our monthly financials.
- Build / Lead Group Controlling team: You are responsible to build a small high-performing team that takes a critical role in company wide financial steering and reporting.
Your Profile
