Your Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Take full ownership of ordering and inventory tracking for all consumables required for every FINN car. You ensure our supply chain never runs out of the essentials.
Operational Support: Support the end-to-end infleeting process from manufacturer delivery to customer handover. You’ll actively monitor ongoing workflows, identify bottlenecks early, and help managers implement solutions to maintain speed.
Partner Management: Assist in the preparation and follow-up for key supplier and partnership meetings (registration providers, compounds, OEMs) and support the execution of external workflows.
Process Optimization: Actively look for "pain points" in our daily fleet operations and identify potential for automation, efficiency, and scaling.
Data Integrity & Management: Maintain and update vehicle-related data in our internal systems. You are the guardian of our data quality, ensuring our reporting and Excel/Google Sheets tracking are always accurate.
Your Profile
Education: You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
Organization Skills: You are highly organized and can keep track of multiple moving parts (and cars!) simultaneously without losing focus.
Mindset: You are proactive, have a strong “hands-on” mentality, and a “get-it-done” attitude. You don't wait for tasks; you look for them.
Communication: You are confident in communicating in English and enjoy building professional relationships internally and externally.
Analytical Skills: You are comfortable working with data, have a sharp eye for detail, and possess the ability to draw practical conclusions to keep our operational processes running smoothly.
Availability: You are available to support us for 16 - 20 hours per week (with high flexibility during university exam periods).
