Blickfeld is a producer of LiDAR sensors and detection software for autonomous mobility and IoT applications. The LiDAR sensors are designed to measure direct distance information in 3D. It is based on patented silicon MEMS mirrors and commercial off-the-shelf components. The company develops and supplies solid-state 3D LiDAR sensors paired with integrated perception software to enable real-time environmental sensing, security, analytics, and automation. Its LiDAR systems use proprietary MEMS-mirror technology and a high-performance on-device compute module to scan and process 3D point-cloud data, turning raw distance measurements into actionable information such as object detection, motion tracking, object classification, zone-entry alarms, and volume or crowd analytics.
