We’re searching for a Business Development Manager, who’s primary objective will be to identify and execute new business development opportunities for Biomatter’s Intelligent Architecture™ platform. This position is available for both remote and on-site (Vilnius) work.

Responsibilities

• Identifying companies and groups within the companies that would benefit from new protein development collaboration with Biomatter
• Working closely with our Lead Research Specialists to identify and reach potential prospects
• Booking discovery calls with potential clients and helping to nurture the relationships with them
• Constantly updating the CRM and following-up on the existing pipeline
• Helping to prepare for and/or participating in various conferences and business missions

Must-have

• At least 1.5 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of success (preferably in Life science or Biotech companies)
• Highly proactive style of work
• Structured approach to problem solving

Nice-to-have

• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Life science or Biotech related background would be an advantage
