OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Partner Manager, Global System Integrator (GSI) (f/m/d) to join our Customer Team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with Global System Integrators and consultancies. You will work with our valued partners driving joint go-to-market activities, building pipeline, supporting partner enablement, and maximizing joint sales opportunities.
You will work closely with our partner ecosystem, internal cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to maximize the value of these partnerships, contribute to our growth strategy, and ultimately enhance our market presence.
Your responsibilities
Develop and execute a scalable GTM strategy to drive growth and deep integration into GSI service offerings.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partner opportunities, qualifying and advancing them with internal sales teams.
Foster executive and operational partner relationships to ensure alignment and long-term success.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and sales to maximize value for our partners and customers.
Help enable partners to accelerate and scale joint GTM.
Act as the primary partner contact, providing guidance, support, and clear communication.
Monitor, report, and optimize performance, tracking partner-led revenue, satisfaction, and growth.
Your profile
Experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Consulting, or Strategic Sales at an enterprise software company or a large GSI.
Experience managing GSI partnerships or working directly within a large GSI.
Proven success in driving strategic partner initiatives and long-term relationships with consulting/advisory, managed services, or system integrators.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with a track record of testing, analyzing, and optimizing for both short- and long-term success.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with experience in startups or rapidly evolving business landscapes.
Excellent relationship-building skills, including executive engagement and operational alignment to drive partner investment and GTM success.
Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings, events, and executive engagements.
Fluency in English is required; German fluency is an advantage.
