Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Partner Manager (f/m/d) to join our Customer Team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships. The cooperation with our valued partners includes go-to-market activities, providing support for broad enablement and driving joint activities.

You will work closely with our partner ecosystem, internal cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to maximize the value of these partnerships, contribute to our growth strategy, and ultimately enhance our market presence.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic partner business plan(s) to drive growth and mutual success across a diverse partner ecosystem.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of partner opportunities, qualifying and progressing them in collaboration with internal sales teams.

  • Foster strong relationships with partners to ensure alignment with company goals, addressing challenges and creating joint success stories.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and sales, to develop and deliver partner-focused solutions and go-to-market strategies.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing guidance, support, and clear communication on initiatives and expectations.

  • Monitor and report on partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

  • Adapt strategies and approaches to align with shifting market trends, partner needs, and organizational priorities, ensuring agility and relevance in partner engagements.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

  • Proven experience in partner management or business development, particularly in roles focused on go-to-market, commercialization, and marketing partnerships.

  • Strong understanding of go-to-market and marketing strategies within the technology or SaaS industry. Experience within AI/ML or a similar technical space is a plus

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results through collaboration and influence.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with senior-level executives and stakeholders at partner organizations, as well as internally within the company.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Ability to adapt to evolving market dynamics, partner requirements, and organizational priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering value and achieving strategic goals

  • Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and events.

  • Fluency in English is required. Fluent German is of advantage.
