Overview

Our new Senior People Operations Manager (f/m/d) will be responsible for managing and enhancing our People Operations processes, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery of key HR services, and leading critical projects that impact the entire organization. This role requires a hands-on approach to handling day-to-day operations while also focusing on long-term strategic initiatives.

Your responsibilities

  • People Operations Management: Oversee and manage the full spectrum of People Operations activities, including contract creation, payroll management, employee data maintenance, benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding, relocation, and visa support.

  • Project Management: Support the implementation of new HR tools and processes, including the integration of a new Human Resource Information System (HRIS), the rollout of an engagement tool, and the setup of a Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP) tool.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and high service levels across all People Operations activities.

  • Process Improvement: Develop and refine People Operations processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance, especially in the context of rapid company growth.

  • HRIS Integration: Drive the successful integration of the new HRIS, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

  • Benefits Setup: Design and implement new employee benefits programs, ensuring they meet the needs of a diverse and expanding workforce.

Your profile

  • Proven experience in People Operations, HR management, or a related field.

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading HRIS and other HR tool implementations.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Sound understanding of German labour law.

  • Deep knowledge of HRIS tools (e.g. HiBob, Personio, Workday) and Datev.

  • Fluency in both German and English is required.
