We are seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be a pivotal link between our company and our valued clients, ensuring their success in deploying Aleph Alpha’s software by maximizing the value they receive from our solutions.

Your responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs.

  • Onboard new clients effectively, guiding them through the implementation process and ensuring a smooth transition to our solutions.

  • Support customers during the software deployment and activation process. Be the first contact to our customers for finetuning, and optimization requests.

  • Understand clients' business objectives and tailor our solutions to meet their specific needs, providing ongoing guidance and support.

  • Proactively drive customer retention through identification opportunities for clients to optimize and expand their use of our products and services.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations, working closely with internal teams to address and resolve them in a timely manner.

  • Develop and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients, showcasing the value and impact of our solutions on their business goals.

  • Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to relay client feedback and contribute to the enhancement of our AI offerings.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a Customer Success Manager or similar position within the tech industry.

  • Experience in managing customer projects with Aleph Alpha’s high-touch and tech-touch customers.

  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and data engineering concepts and applications.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated track record of driving customer success and satisfaction.

  • Fluency in English and German is required.
