Your Role

We are seeking a highly experienced, entrepreneurial leader to drive strategic product initiatives, partnerships, and business-model innovation. We are looking for a visionary leader to serve as the architect of our next chapter. In this role, you’ll have the autonomy to drive our business model innovation, forging new partnerships, and spearheading the initiatives that will define our company.

Your role is to connect product, partners, and customers into a coherent “Whole Product” offering, unlock new revenue streams, and strengthen our strategic position.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Business Model Innovation

• Design and validate new business models beyond traditional software licensing
• Develop IP monetization and value-sharing models with customers and partners
• Explore models around distributed manufacturing, digital inventories, and production-on-demand
• Build business cases and lead pilots with selected customers
  
  

2. Strategic Customer Engagement

• Engage directly with senior stakeholders in defense and industrial organizations
• Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows, constraints, and mission environments
• Translate operational needs (e.g. speed, resilience, adaptability) into product and partnership strategy
• Act as a trusted advisor on digital manufacturing and supply chain transformation
  
  

3. Whole Product Strategy & Ecosystem Development

• Define and drive the “Whole Product” strategy across software, third-party tools, hardware, and production infrastructure
• Identify and build strategic partnerships with hardware OEMs, software vendors, and manufacturing providers
• Create integrated, end-to-end solutions tailored to mission-critical customer environments
• Ensure interoperability with existing systems (ERP, PLM, military data environments)
  
  

4. Executive Advisory & Special Projects

• Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO & CPO
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives
• Align Product, Engineering, Sales, and external partners around a coherent vision
  
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in a combination of:
  • Product leadership, strategy, or general management
  • B2B SaaS, industrial software, or manufacturing/defense tech
• Proven track record in building platforms, ecosystems, or complex product offerings
• Strong experience with partnerships, alliances, or platform strategy
• Deep understanding of business models (SaaS, platform, revenue sharing, IP monetization)
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders (C-level, public sector, defense, or enterprise)
• Strong technical understanding (software + ideally hardware/manufacturing context)
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
• High autonomy and responsibility
• Combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution

• Experience in additive manufacturing or distributed production
• Background in defense, aerospace, or regulated industries
• Experience with ERP / PLM integrations or industrial ecosystems
